Super Duplex S32760 Plates, with widths ranging from 600 to 800 degrees Celsius, can be likened to a low carbon steel in terms of machinability. It also has good oxidation protection up to 2000 degrees F. They outperform molybdenum enhanced steels in chloride stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and overall corrosion protection due to their highly alloyed chemistry of nickel and molybdenum. This steel is used for building components that must be resistant to scaling up to 1150 degrees Celsius and highly resistant to the effects of sulphurous gases. It is a soaring chromium ferritic and heat resistant steel by means of having good sulfidation, oxidation, and other kinds of hot erosion protection.
Because Super Duplex 2507 Coils contain more chromium, they have superior rust protection when compared to other steels. It is a ferritic, non-heat treatable stainless steel with great resilience to corrosion and oxidation at high temperatures.
