Titanium UNS R50400 Elbow Pipe Fittings is an austenitic grade with improved corrosion resistance that is Mo alloyed and utilized in the chemical processing sector. Its key feature is the high molybdenum content in its chemical makeup, which ensures greater resistance to chemical attack as compared to chromium-nickel-molybdenum austenitic steels. It is an austenitic chromium-nickel steel that can be utilized in situations where annealing after welding is not practicable and maximum corrosion resistance is required. These are molybdenum-comprising austenitic steels which are more resilient to general erosion and pitting/crevice weathering than nickel-chromium austenitic alloys.

With acetic and phosphoric acids, Titanium DIN 3.7035 Tee Pipe Fittings is resistant to pitting. At high temperatures, it possesses a high tensile and creep strength. Chemical tankers, pulp and paper machinery, condenser tubes, and heat exchanger tubes all utilise it. It has the same high strength and corrosion resistance as steel, but due to its low carbon content, it may make stronger welds. Stamping, shearing, drawing, and heading may all be done satisfactorily with this alloy when it is cold worked.

This product's high carbon content is used to prevent carbide precipitation during welding and in applications requiring greatest corrosion resistance. As compared to typical steels, Ti-Alloy Gr2 Reducer Pipe Fittings has even greater creep deformation properties and mechanical resilience to high temperatures. It has robust corrosion resistance in intermittent provision up to 1600 Deg F and continuous provision up to 1700 Deg F. At increasing temperatures, it also has greater creep, stress-to-rupture, and tensile strength. Because of its increased molybdenum concentration, it is a molybdenum-bearing austenitic stainless steel with somewhat improved corrosion resistance, particularly against pitting. In the same settings, it offers much superior corrosion resistance.
