It's a medium carbon austenitic steel designed for high-temperature uses like furnace parts and heat treatment machinery. This is a Multi-Purpose Heat Resilient Steel by means of having Oxidation Confrontation to 2010 Degree F (1100 Degree C)under insignificantly cyclic environments.

Alloy 20 Lap Joint Flanges is well-known for its ability to endure high-temperature uses, but it also provides users with a number of advantages.Under slightly cyclic circumstances, it has good oxidation resistance. This steel does not require preheating because the inter-pass temperature should not surpass 150 degrees Celsius. It is extremely immune to oxidising acids and most common corrosive agents, and it outperforms lower alloy grades in maritime circumstances by showing little signs of chloride stress corrosion cracking. It is one of the most commonly used types of heat resistant steel in a variety of industries. This steel is a high-temperature austenitic steel with a significant metal content. It is austenitic steel with good ductility and weld ability and great high temperature characteristics.

Titanium Alloy Lap Joint Flanges can withstand temperatures of up to 1150° C in constant operation and 1035° C in intermittent service. This steel is austenitic steel designed for high temperature rust resistance. It is an austenitic heat resistant alloy with good oxidation resistance under slightly cyclic circumstances up to 2000 degrees F. They have excellent corrosion resistance, are not susceptible to thermal stress or repetitive heating, and have good aqueous corrosion resistance.Under slightly cyclic circumstances, it can withstand oxidation up to 2010 degrees F (1100 degrees C). Because this product has only 30% of the thermal transmission of non-alloyed steels, heat treatment after welding is not common.
