Titanium WNR 3.7165 Traingular Bars is a commercially pure wrought alloy with outstanding characteristics, but with a decreased carbon percentage to minimize embrittlement at high temperatures due to inter-granular carbon. The amount of cold working and duration at temperature should be considered while annealing this steel. It has good mechanical qualities across a wide temperature range and is very resistant to many corrosives, particularly hydroxides. It is extremely resistant to reducing chemicals and has an unrivalled resilience to caustic alkalis. Alloy TI 6AL/4V Flat Bars has strong corrosion resistance in acids and alkalis and is particularly helpful in reducing circumstances. It is also utilized in Combustion boats, Caustic evaporators, Platter bars, Electronic components, and other similar applications.

It is also utilized in synthetic fiber processing, battery connections/terminals, aerospace components, chemical processing, food processing, and other applications. Hot working temperatures for this steel should be between 1200 and 2250 degrees Fahrenheit, with heavy shaping accomplished at temperatures exceeding 1600 degrees Fahrenheit. This unalloyed Grade 5 Titanium Square Bars has high mechanical qualities as well as resistance to corrosion. It is frequently employed in chemical and petrochemical processing, such as the manufacturing of chlor-alkali, caustic soda, and other alkalis, as well as sulfuric, hydrochloric, hydrofluoric, phosphoric, and organic acids. It can be welded using standard methods, although oxy acetylene welding should be avoided due to the risk of carbon pickup.
