Hastelloy Alloy Puddle Flanges is commonly used in fluidized bed combustors, furnaces, radiant tubes, tube hangers for petroleum processing and steam generators, coal gratifier interior components, and other applications. This product performs well in most conditions and has excellent strength at temps up to 2100 degrees Fahrenheit. Because its fusing point is lower than that of non-alloyed steels, it must be fused with less heat input than non-alloyed steels. This steel is resistant to oxidation up to 1150 degrees Celsius, has good corrosion resistance, and has great strength, strength, and toughness at subzero temps. It is commonly used in mildly carburizing atmospheres, such as those found in industrial plants.

While it retains excellent strength when subjected to high temperatures, Nickel Alloy Puddle Flanges also retains strength and resilience when exposed to sub-zero temperatures. It also has excellent weld ability, allowing it to be used in a broad range of applications. It is better in most situations due to its significant chromium and nickel concentration. Lead pots, thermo wells, refractory anchor bolts, burners and combustion tanks, retorts, muffles, annealing covers, staggers, food preparation equipment, cryogenic buildings, and other applications frequently use this steel. It is resistant to suffixation and can be used in mildly carburizing atmospheres due to its high chromium and modest nickel concentration.
